Nearly a decade ago, the Optionz! with Eliza Facebook Group was born out of pure necessity.

At the time, I was simply trying to eat healthier and feel better in my body. (Let’s be real—those stubborn pounds don’t drop as easily once you hit your 50s!)
But little by little, I discovered how to nourish and heal my body through nutrition.

Since then, I’ve:

Created tons of delicious, real-life-tested recipes
Coached others on how to plan meals that work
Run an online bakery specializing in Sugar Free & Gluten Free Optionz!
And meal prepped for dozens of people who, like me, just needed a simple way to stay on track.

Through it all, I realized the key to long-term success is simplifying your meals and making it a true lifestyle—not just another diet.
